At our office, every patient is treated as a unique individual. During your first visit, we take the time to get to know you, understand your goals, and answer any questions you may have. We believe that open communication is key to building trust and creating a treatment plan that works for you.

Medical History

As part of your first visit, we ask all new patients to complete a Medical History Form. This step is an important part of providing safe, effective, and personalized dental care.

Your medical history gives us valuable information about your overall health, current medications, and any conditions that may affect your dental treatment. Certain medical conditions, such as diabetes, heart disease, or allergies, can influence both your oral health and the way we plan your care. By understanding your full health picture, we can ensure that every treatment is tailored to your needs and delivered with your safety in mind.

All information you provide is kept confidential. Our team reviews your medical history carefully and will update it regularly at future visits to ensure our records remain accurate.

Initial Exam

In order to ensure success in our procedures, we take the necessary time to fully and thoroughly evaluate your present dental condition. We use the appropriate diagnostic tools such as X-rays, models, photographs, visual examination, full periodontal exam, oral cancer screening, and esthetic evaluations. Our goal is to give our patients the necessary information, education and tools; so that they may enjoy a beautiful, healthy smile for many years to come. We are proud of being able to offer fully digital radiography. We also have the capability of taking extra-oral bitewing radiographs, for those of our patients who experience difficulty discomfort while having x-rays taken.

Insurance Coordination

We are here to help you with your insurance concerns. In most cases, we are able to submit your claims, and even some estimates electronically. We know that it can be confusing when dealing with the ins and outs of insurance companies. We can help ensure you are using your plan to its full potential. If you need assistance navigating the details of your insurance plan, please be sure to ask us for help.
